One of the most spectacular example of providing Natzis shelter and offering them prominent career was Wernher von Braun, Technical Director of the rocket program Saturn V in NASA, a rocket which took humans on the Moon. The same men who was working on rockets V-2 for Natzi Germans, which were used in rocket strikes on London, United Kingdom. For this project Wernher von Braun had used a labor force from work camps. Many of the workers had died working on weapon assembly due to poor conditions they lived and worked.
