Some day commonly used organophosphate insecticides, partially banned due to it's toxicity are causing neuromuscular failure, including pelvic floor muscular failure - muscles spasm. They act in similar way as agent nerves and the treatment for them looks similarly - Atropine and Pralidoxime. Diazinon is the most persistent and it is released slowly into organism because is being accumulated in a fat and later leaks into organism. Designed by Swiss chemical company in 1952 Syngenta currently Novartis. Can be absorbed by an organism by a skin, respiratory tract - vapor or gastritis tract. With high douses, these organophosphate insecticides, can cause permanent damage of the sacral nerves - the nerve which can control a pelvic floor - causing this muscles to be in state of painfully tight and non-functional.
